2023 has been an important year for Didomi, and as we’re wrapping up our last quarter, we want to take the opportunity to reflect on the past year's achievements, share some milestones, and take a sneak peek at what to expect next.
Let’s review the year together!
Launching our Global Privacy UX Solutions
One of the biggest achievements and milestones of 2023 is undoubtedly the launch of our Global Privacy UX Solutions.
Didomi now offers 3 core use cases to help organizations build great experiences:
- Multi-regulation to manage consent for privacy regulations worldwide, streamlined across multiple user touchpoints.
- Privacy governance to monitor vendor and tracker activity across hundreds of websites effortlessly and automatically, staying compliant and reducing risk.
- User privacy journeys to reach out to customers beyond cookies, with the flexibility to manage user choices and requests compliantly at all stages of their journey.

Notable Didomi milestones and achievements in 2023
A few notable milestones stand out among the numerous product and company updates of the past year.
We started the year off strong by being one of the first Consent Management Platform (CMP) providers to be included in Google’s CMP Partner Program, following the company’s announcement that they will be introducing new CMP requirements for advertisers serving ads using Google products in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
A topic closely related to the Google updated CMP requirements last year was the introduction of the Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) v2.2 by IAB Europe. The updated framework introduced a new set of requirements for organizations, which aim to enhance transparency for people online, a vision we have been sharing since our inception.
Our solutions fully integrate TCF v2.2, and we’ve been able to assist our customers participating in the framework in the transition, providing help on implementing TCF-compliant consent banners but also on how to determine how many vendors to declare or how to identify the vendors and trackers on their website thanks to our recently launched Advanced Compliance Monitoring.
This ability to react to adapt to industry news and to deliver guidance is one of the reasons that is often cited by customers when reviewing Didomi, something that we’re very proud of, as our number of verified reviews on G2 has exceeded 100 this year, positioning Didomi as the #1 ranked Consent Management Platform provider on the website.
Starting the year with our 2023 benchmark on consent collection in Europe, we’ve tried our best to continuously deliver educational and valuable content on regulations around the world, case studies highlighting our customers and their use cases, industry news, and product updates.
We’ve also organized numerous events around the world this year and hosted dozens of webinars for everyone to attend, including a standout conversation with renowned data privacy activist Max Schrems, which gathered over 500 attendees.

Looking ahead: What’s in store for 2024?
First, we will continue sharing our Privacy UX vision, creating the right solutions to empower organizations to create compliant user experiences that respect people's choices and strengthen the bonds between brands and customers. This will be done through innovation, refining our existing offering, and addressing changes in the market, from innovative privacy standards to new regulations.
As a direct result of that ambition, we will also focus on addressing more regulations with our flagship Consent Management Platform (CMP) so that our customers can address their users everywhere in the world. As the data privacy patchwork in the United States continues to grow and more countries implement GDPR-inspired regulations, global organizations will increasingly need to work with reliable partners to implement sound data privacy and compliance practices.
Last (but not least), the entire team at Didomi will continue to strive to deliver world-class performance, service, and support to our customers, clients, and partners. We take pride in our recognition and reputation as a premium solutions provider and will continue to maintain the highest standards our collaborators have grown familiar with since 2017.
The data industry is particularly active and relevant and will only continue to grow in relevance in 2024. While it’s difficult to predict what 2024 will look like, we already know that topics like artificial intelligence, regulations like the Digital Markets Act (DMA), the shift to cookieless, and changes in the AdTech industry will likely make the headlines.

Most importantly, we want to thank you for your continued support and wish you a happy new year. See you in 2024!
