Summary

Paris, July 22nd, 2024 - Netgem has partnered with the Didomi CMP across all platforms, environments, and digital properties. This allows its customers to access granular control over their consent choices in accordance with the GDPR and relevant data privacy regulations. Netgem and Didomi are looking forward to a continued, fruitful partnership.

Didomi, one of the few Consent Management Platform (CMP) providers to be certified by Google for connected TV (CTV), is excited to share its latest partnership with leading content-as-service company Netgem:

“Consent is quickly becoming the cornerstone of modern digital strategies, both for regulatory and user experience reasons. At the same time, CTV is gearing up to become one of the year's most significant topics.

We’re excited to join forces with Netgem to help power their streaming operations and enable highly personalized, privacy-first experiences for their clients.”

- Romain Gauthier, CEO and co-founder at Didomi

Netgem has recently expanded its FAST service for Telecom Operators, known as FAST Lane™, to new European regions. Last month, Netgem announced the expansion of FAST Lane™ in Switzerland with Netplus and, since then, has rolled out the service to its operations in France, increasing Netgem’s FAST Lane™ to a total of 7 regions. FAST Lane™ is an all-in-one comprehensive service including a high-quality catalog of FAST channels, simplified integration for telcos, editorial and marketing expertise, telco-grade operations, and revenue optimization. Netgem is now also offering operators access to a CMP as part of FAST Lane™

“As the advertising landscape and local regulations rapidly evolve, it is crucial to collaborate with consent management experts. As we are rapidly expanding, we decided to work with Didomi, who has already established operations in Europe, compliant with local regulations to support our growth. This partnership ensures that the latest ad technology, including targeted ads, can safely deliver to all our FAST Lane™ users, future-proofing ad monetisation for our telecom operators distribution partners.”

-
Mathieu Ghariani, VP Commercial Operations at Netgem

The partnership with Didomi comes at the right time, as CTV experiences major changes, including new requirements from Google. Starting in July 2025, Google will require the adoption of a certified CMP to use its advertising and measurement services in the EU, the UK, and Switzerland.
