The Didomi team is proud to share that its flagship Consent Management Platform (CMP) has been recognized once more as a leader in the data privacy industry. 

Google recently revealed a new tiering system for its well-established CMP Partner Program. While every CMP participating in Google's Partner program must meet the newly defined technical requirements for their Consent Mode integration, customers' implementation experience will vary based on the new tiering levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

Didomi was named in the Gold tier based on a set of criteria defined by Google, including:

  • Consent mode set-up experience: All partner tiers must provide a guided implementation path and Google-ready banner without additional configuration work or code. To reach the Gold tier, partners must offer 3+ third-party plugins/integrations with functioning Consent Mode default and update commands.
  • Customer support channel and responsiveness: All partners are required to provide staffed support for implementation and troubleshooting. Gold tier partners must also guarantee a first response within one business day (24 hrs) for their highest customer offering.
  • Consent mode implementation accuracy: Gold tier partners must prove that over 90% of their implementations worked as intended.
