Webinars have become a popular professional learning tool over the past few years. They offer a unique opportunity to gain insights directly from top industry experts and, when attending live, to personally engage in conversation via questions and Q&A.
At Didomi, we host numerous webinars each year, all available for free on our dedicated webinar page if you missed the live session.
As we approach 2025, we've curated a list of the top 10 data privacy webinars to help you kick off the new year right. For more clarity, we’ve broken down the list into three categories of webinars: Mastering data privacy at your organization, understanding industry trends and regulations, and engaging in conversations about the future of data privacy.
Mastering data privacy at your organization
It’s only right that we start this list with some of our most actionable webinars of the past year.
The Didomi team regularly collaborates with other industry players, from agency partners to large groups like Google, to break down big concepts and help you implement privacy-first practices within your organization.
How to implement Google consent mode V2?
The release of Google consent mode V2 in early 2024 was a significant milestone for both Didomi and our industry at large.
Our customers and partners had a lot of questions about the framework, which we addressed by putting together comprehensive documentation and hosting several webinars with Google in English, French, and Spanish, gathering hundreds of attendees.
If you’re still unclear about Google consent mode or are starting to implement it internally, make sure to check out the recording of our webinar with Google and fifty-five to get everything you need to get started:
How does your CMP impact your INP score and your Core Web Vitals?
2024 saw Google's introduction of Interaction to Next Paint (INP), the latest metric added by the company to its Core Web Vitals, a set of metrics to measure and qualify user experience online by assessing the loading, interactivity, and visual stability of web pages.
CMPs like ours at Didomi are essential to the web today and can significantly impact Core Web Vitals. The launch of INP was an excellent opportunity to sit down with Google and present some of the work and resources we’ve been dedicating to fine-tuning our solutions so they enhance our clients’ web performance efforts.

What is the Global Privacy Platform (GPP) and how can it be implemented?
The Global Privacy Platform (GPP) emerged as an innovative tool for unifying privacy signal transmission across jurisdictions, specifically in the United States.
We teamed up with industry leaders from the IAB and IAB Tech Lab at the heart of this initiative to break down what the framework entails and walk attendees through real-world implementation strategies:
Understanding data privacy trends and regulations
Another key area where Didomi strives to provide guidance and clarity to the industry is our expertise in data privacy trends and regulations. Throughout 2024, we covered several updates that will have a ripple effect in the next year.
How to comply with Québec’s Law 25?
The rise of Québec’s Law 25 among the leading global privacy laws has been significant over the past couple of years. The Didomi team has been privileged to take an active role on the ground, with several events and relationships in Québec.
For this webinar, we partnered with agencies M13h and Labelium, covering the intricacies of the law and its impact on marketing practices (click here for the French version):
What are the 2024 recommendations from the CNIL on mobile apps?
In one of the last major updates of the year, the French DPA (CNIL) issued recommendations for mobile applications and announced a wave of enforcement in the spring.
Our Chief Privacy Officer, Thomas Adhumeau, sat down with our DPO, Sébastien Gantou, and experts from fifty-five and Bird & Bird to review (in french) the recommendations and issue practical steps to get ready.
The rise of CTV and its emerging compliance and privacy concerns
Connected TV (CTV) has grown significantly this year, becoming the most popular consumer trend advertisers watch. As CTV platforms’ data collection capabilities develop, so do concerns around user privacy and data compliance.
In this webinar, we partnered with Google to explore the intersection of compliance and user experience in CTV environments with actionable insights and strategies as one of the few Google-certified CMPs for CTV:
Combining data analytics and Privacy UX for modern organizations
Balancing robust analytics with privacy-friendly user experiences (UX) remains one of the most pressing challenges for organizations today.
In this webinar, ou VP of Product teamed up with Dana DiTomaso to discuss the intersection of analytics and privacy UX, offering actionable insights for teams seeking to optimize their data strategies without compromising compliance or user trust. Together, they covered privacy-first analytics tools, strategies for seamless consent management, and how to design experiences that enhance user satisfaction while respecting data privacy regulations.
The intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and privacy
Of course, closing out a list of digital trends without mentioning AI would have been impossible.
The privacy implications of the recent strides in generative AI and large language models are more relevant than ever and a great opportunity to revisit this conversation between our Chief Privacy Officer and Volha Litvinets, Senior Consultant Responsible for AI at Ernst & Young, and Doctor in AI Ethics and Responsible Tech.
Together, they explored the impact of AI on data privacy, regulatory prospects, and how to safely use AI by being aware of potential risks. Although this is a 2023 webinar, it remains particularly relevant today:
Engaging in conversations about the future of data privacy
Last but not least, some of our most popular events and webinars usually happen when we gather different voices and opinions in the room. We are lucky to have developed incredible expertise over the years and built relationships in our industry that allow us to have open, thought-provoking conversations between diverse speaker profiles and visions.
AdTech innovation meets data privacy
Ad Tech innovation has often collided with privacy concerns, but forward-thinking approaches are emerging to harmonize these two priorities.
In our webinar with Telly and Fieldfisher, our CPO Thomas Adhumeau explored groundbreaking technologies and strategies that respect user privacy while driving ad tech innovation. Additionally, we covered data privacy in the U.S., specifically looking at the impact of state law and the prospect of a federal law, the American Privacy Rights Act.
A discussion on the future of user consent with Max Schrems
Last but certainly not least, one of our most acclaimed webinars of the year was in collaboration with Max Schrems.
The renowned Austrian privacy lawyer and Chairperson at noyb sat down with our CEO Romain Gauthier, Peter Craddock from Keller and Heckman, and Willy Mikalef Bird and Bird to discuss a wide array of topics, from cookie banner guidelines issued by the EDPB to the Pay or Consent debate, as well as artificial intelligence.
This resulted in a fascinating hour-long conversation that we can’t recommend enough:
